Subject:                                         9-21-26 THOUGHTS

 

We sing a song that borrows from these words.  It floats through my mind as I write.   We trust in God as we lift up our souls to Him! We wait on Him, with great desire to know His ways and paths.  "He leads us beside the still waters"  of truth!  Salvation is from Him in Jesus the Christ.

Ps 25:1-5    To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul.  2  O my God, in You I trust,  Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies exult over me. 3  Indeed, none of those who wait for You will be ashamed; Those who deal treacherously without cause will be ashamed.  4  Make me know Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths.  5  Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day.

Our Prayer:
Father, make the wants of our heart powerfully yearning for you.  Lead us in the right way for Your name's sake.  You have given us salvation in Your Son.  We give You praise and honor, and glorify Your great name.  We can but thank You for the hope of eternity in Christ Jesus.  May our lives be Yours,  as we hope joyfully for His coming.  In our Savior's name,   Amen.
